Относно Shani
Yoga has been my anchor through deep personal transformation, inner exploration, and a journey across cultures. As a certified yoga teacher with a background in Vinyasa, Yin Yang, and Myofascial Release (MFR), I combine movement, stillness, and fascia-focused techniques to support the nervous system and emotional healing.
My teaching is inspired by years of dedicated practice, somatic studies, and a passion for holistic well-being. After guiding students in Belgium and now online as a digital nomad, I’ve come to deeply value the power of presence, intentional movement, and creating safe, trauma-informed spaces.
I teach to help others reconnect with their bodies, find clarity in the mind, and release what no longer serves—on and off the mat.
