Относно Shahbazi
I am a dedicated English language specialist with over 14 years of experience teaching Academic English, IELTS preparation, and English for Specific Purposes (ESP). Throughout my career, I have worked with university students, professionals, and examination candidates from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve clear and measurable language goals.
I hold a Master’s degree in TEFL and a CELTA qualification from Cambridge, and I have extensive experience in both teaching and formal language assessment. Over the years, I have conducted more than 30,000 IELTS-style speaking interviews and placement assessments, which has given me a deep understanding of how learners progress and what truly helps them improve.
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and fully adapted to each student’s needs. I do not follow a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I carefully identify each learner’s strengths and weaknesses and build a clear learning plan that leads to steady and realistic progress.

My teaching approach is structured, diagnostic, and fully tailored to each learner’s goals. I begin with a needs analysis to identify strengths, gaps, and target outcomes, then design a focused learning path that ensures measurable progress.
I use a combination of communicative, task-based, and exam-focused methodologies, depending on the learner’s objective. For IELTS students, I apply a skills-based strategy with intensive focus on Speaking and Writing performance, including feedback-driven correction, band descriptor training, and exam simulation. For Academic English and ESP learners, I emphasise real-world application, critical thinking, and discipline-specific communication (especially in medical, business, and tourism contexts).
Lessons are interactive and student-centred, with a strong focus on guided practice, error correction, and productive skill development. I also integrate digital tools and authentic materials to support engagement in online environments.
Lesson Length
Standard lessons are 60 minutes, although 90-minute sessions are available for intensive IELTS preparation or academic writing development.

I am a qualified English language specialist with:
Master’s degree in TEFL
CELTA (Cambridge English Teaching Qualification)
Over 14 years of teaching experience in academic, exam, and professional contexts
Extensive experience in IELTS assessment and high-stakes evaluation (30,000+ speaking interviews and placement tests conducted)
University-level teaching experience, including Academic English instruction at higher education institutions
